Father of two, dedicated husband, friendliest guy you'll ever meet. John started Simply Banh Mi with his mom and sister in (??) as a way to bring the food they grew up eating to the people of Georgetown. John's always happy to strike up a conversation at the counter, ask him about obscure 80s pop culture and get ready for a wild ride full of dad humor and bad puns.

We are a ragtag group of weirdos who came together to sling sandwiches 6 days a week. We think of each other as a family, and want you to be a part of that family too! Half of our employees started as customers after all...(wink wink)
